Our community is built upon empathy, mutual dignity, and joyful collaboration. We operate an uncompromising child protection framework:

6. Attendance, Punctuality & Leave Rules (75% CBSE Norm)
Regularity of attendance is essential for holistic academic progress and CBSE board eligibility:
- Mandatory 75% Attendance: In accordance with CBSE Examination Bye-Laws, every enrolled student must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance throughout the academic session to appear for final promotional assessments.
- Medical & Exceptional Leave: Absences exceeding two consecutive days must be formally intimated via the Parent ERP portal accompanied by a certified medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner.
- Morning Punctuality: School gates close promptly at 8:05 AM. Late entries disrupt the morning assembly and mindfulness circle; repeated tardiness will require parent intervention.
7. Campus Access, Visitor Verification & Gate-Pass Protocols
To maintain physical security across our 3-acre gated campus, access is governed by perimeter protocols:
- Parent & Visitor Entry: All external visitors must register at Gate 1 security, present government-issued photo ID, and receive an authorized visitor badge. Walk-ins directly to classrooms are strictly prohibited during instructional hours.
- Student Escort & RFID Parent ID Cards: Primary and Kindergarten students are released only to authorized adults bearing the official RFID Parent Escort Card. In emergencies where a guardian cannot appear, written authorization with verified photo identity is required.
- Teacher Interactions: Parent-teacher dialogues outside designated PTM days take place by prior appointment booked via the school helpdesk or Parent ERP.
8. Digital ERP Portal Acceptable Use & Redressal
The school communication portal, website, and mobile applications are designed for respectful parent-school partnership:
- Users agree to use communication forums civilly. Abusive language, defamation, or harassment directed at faculty or administrative staff will lead to suspension of digital messaging privileges.
- For any academic, administrative, or fee-related grievance, parents are invited to utilize the multi-tier escalation matrix:
- Level 1: Class Teacher / Subject Mentor (via Parent App)
- Level 2: Academic Coordinator / Headmistress
